This strong workshop is for teachers and experienced students. Active and Healthy Shoulders connect us to what we want and help us push away the rest. Multiple Inversions with full range of motion, and its needed support, bring us face to face with the ongoing Balancing Act between Desire and Fear. Propping and modifications will be included. Booking for this class is non refundable due to limited space.
