Inversions and Arm Balances with Sheri
Class Description
Join Sheri for a 2 hour workshop to break down the alignment of the inversions and arm balances you hear called out in your classes . If you want to refine your hand balance practice or just work on getting used to being upside down this is for you! Booking for this class is non refundable due to limited space. We will break down the most commonly used inversions in your classes. Handstand , Forearmstand and Headstand as well as Crow Variations and more! This is a multi purpose workshop. First is to discover drills and breath work for targeted body areas that will help you invert safely. Second we will look at alignment of each posture . Third we will explore the entrances and exits. And lastly but seriously important we will have some fun. These postures are uplifting, energizing and help build confidence and stamina in our practices and lives. Great practices to be in as we move into deep winter. Keep your fires Stoked! This is a workshop designed for all levels . There will be something for everyone to work on. We will learn different levels of the poses and use props including the wall. Expect sweaty playful fun!!!!
